THERMAL INSULATION
Thermal insulation is Opterm’s core business. The company manufactures bespoke lagging (aluminium, stainless steel, galvanised steel, pre-painted galvanised steel) in a range of workshops with digital cutting machines.
Opterm offers turnkey installation on-site, thanks to qualified and safety-trained staff, with all necessary accreditations.

SCAFFOLDING
The group boasts 3000 tonnes of its own equipment. Any additional material can be leased as necessary. Our scaffolders are approved and trained in all the latest regulatory requirements. Operating mainly in the industrial sector, we are used to working on containment solutions, as well as buildings requiring complex structures.

Opterm installs electrical tracing in light and heavy industries with process requirements: on piping and tanks for freeze protection or temperature maintenance (chemical, petrochemical, energy,

MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS
Opterm proposes on-site maintenance contracts for thermal insulation and scaffolding with provision of staff for periods of 3–5 years.
Opterm offers the option of maintenance contracts
with on-call services and the guarantee of rapid assistance in the event of damage or unplanned production stoppage. Opterm also works on scheduled shutdowns of industrial equipment or processes and providing access for inspections.

INSULATION MATS
Each stage in the production of insulation mats, from analysis and design to manufacture and installation, is carried out in-house. Flexible and easily removable, they are made using highly resistant technical fabric and can be equipped with electrical tracing.
SAFETY
All staff members are trained to work on sites presenting the highest hazard levels, such as SEVESO sites.
They are provided with appropriate PPE, which is checked on a regular basis. Company workwear is anti-static, acid-proof and flame-proof.
